For hospitals and nursing homes with 5 to 50 beds
Run your whole hospitalfrom one screen.
OPD, admissions, billing, pharmacy and lab, connected. A prescription reaches the pharmacy, a test reaches the lab, and every charge lands on the bill, without anyone walking a file across the corridor.

How it works
A day at your hospital, connected
Follow one patient through the building. Each desk sees what the last one did, so nobody re-types, re-asks or chases paper.
Register
Find anyone by name, phone or UHID. A new patient needs only a few fields.
OPD token
Check in, get a token, and see who is waiting for which doctor.
Consult
Complaints, diagnosis, medicines and tests on one page, mostly in clicks.
Lab and pharmacy
The prescription and tests arrive on their desks the moment the doctor finishes.
Bill
Consultation, tests and medicines are already on the bill. Collect and print.
Admit and discharge
Pick a free bed, run the stay with a live bill, discharge with one form.
Files and registers go missing
One record per patient, every visit, report and bill in one place.
Tests and medicines never reach the bill
What the doctor orders is charged automatically. Nothing slips through.
NABH audits mean weeks of paperwork
Registers and assessments fill themselves as staff do their work.
Software that needs an IT team
Opens in a browser, built for front desks, nurses and doctors rather than IT teams.
Modules
The desks you use every day
Each one shows as much as fits on a screen, so staff spend their time on patients, not on scrolling.
OPD and consult
Token queue, vitals, one-page consult with medicine and test picks, printed prescription.
Appointments
Each doctor’s day as a schedule. Book a free slot in one click, check in to the queue.
Patient records
Every visit, admission, test, bill and allergy on one screen. Import your list from Excel.
Billing
GST invoices, part payments, advances, refunds, insurance and day-end cash closing.
Pharmacy
Dispense against the prescription with batch and expiry, part dispensing and stock alerts.
Laboratory
Collect, enter results with normal ranges, flag critical values, verify and print reports.
Admissions and beds
Live bed board, bookings, transfers, running bill and a discharge that checks itself.
Reports
Daily collection, OPD and IPD counts, occupancy and dues, exported in one click.

FAQ
Questions hospitals ask us
Do we need to install anything or buy a server?
No. Aarogentix runs in Chrome or Edge on any computer or tablet, and we host it. Printing works as it does from any website.
Can we bring our existing patient records?
Yes. Patient lists can be imported from Excel or CSV, so returning patients are found by name, phone or UHID from day one.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Aarogentix needs an internet connection, so we recommend a mobile hotspot as a backup. Everything already saved stays safe on our servers.
Is our patient data safe?
Sensitive fields are encrypted, every connection uses HTTPS, each role sees only its own screens, and every view or change is logged with who did it and when. Staff can sign in with one-time codes.
Will it help us get NABH accreditation?
It keeps the registers and assessments NABH asks for (restraints, risk scores, antibiotic reviews, biomedical waste, sentinel events and more) as part of daily work, and exports them for the surveyor. Accreditation itself is granted by NABH after its assessment.
How long does it take to get started?
Setting up means adding your doctors, departments, wards, beds and prices. You can do it yourself from Settings, or we walk you through it after the demo.
Is the price per bed?
No. You pay one monthly price for the hospital, based on the plan and number of staff users. Start with a free 14-day trial; no card is needed.
Can patients book appointments or see their reports?
Yes. The patient portal lets patients book appointments and see their prescriptions, lab reports and bills, and join video consultations.
